Physical Appearance-
Carlie is an anemically thin, alabaster pale young woman who stands just 5' 4". Her mid-length burgundy hair is bound up in natural ringlets. She has narrow, grey blue eyes, roman nose, and a thin face, all of which make her seem cold or aloof.
As She-Venom, she stands 6' in height with a much more powerful but still noticeably feminine frame covered in sleek midnight blue 'skin'. The only thing interrupting the dark skin is the white spider that wraps around her ribcage, large white eyes with curving 'spikes' at the top end, and the large, needle-toothed maw with disturbingly long tongue. Each hand and foot ends in sharp claws rather than normal digits. She walks with a slight predatory hunch, like a great cat on the prowl.

Losing her independence, either by completely losing her ability to function (the injury that caused her paraplegic state being worsened), or having control taken away completely (what people think the symbiote will do... and what her 'uncle' Eddie do in a heartbeat)
Nemesis-
Those who use the legal system as a shield, as she believes her world's Spider-man did when he killed her 'uncle' and received no flack for killing a fellow human.
Disadvantages-
If her powers are nullified, then she can't walk - she's paraplegic because of a car accident when she was seven.
She's a bit 'catty', in that she likes to taunt and tease and flirt and play with an enemy rather than just knocking them out - she enjoys the power she has over others and likes to see those who piss her off utterly humiliated; That's the symbiote bringing out the 'worst' in her.
